Worldwide Day of the Song
“Day of the Song”
October 11, 11:00AM local time
Invitation to the World
from Jeanne White Eagle, John Pehrson and Friends
<>
On OCTOBER 11th at 11:00AM (local time)
you’re being invited to
CREATE a SPONTANEOUS SONG.
We’re asking you to create a brand new song… a song without words, without thought, only with the intention of Love. You might call this a Spontaneous Prayer Song.
This is based on a dream Jeanne had more than a year ago where she was given a date. No plot. Nothing more than a date: October 12th. There is no further information on what is going to happen on that date. We are trusting it will be something wonderful. Behind the October 12th date, barely visible, was October 11th.
It is only recently that it has become clear to invite the World to sing, to create a SPONTANEOUS song on October 11th. The resulting impact of this continuous
Wave of Sound is to raise and shift the vibration of our beloved planet and all life here.
With no other information than what Jeanne was given in her dream, this song on
October 11th seems to be in preparation for October 12th and whatever is to take place or will be set into motion at that time.
For those who are not familiar with Spontaneous Singing as we’re asking you to do it on October 11th, Jeanne is offering on YouTube.com, some short 5-minute sharings about “Spontaneous Singing: What is it? Why now??” We encourage you to take a look at these. In addition there will ongoing announcements on YouTube.
Go to www.fortheone.com or
Latest YouTube Announcement: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZdE6_1qPX4
Start marking your calendars. Spread the word. Sing a new song on
October 11th, 11:00AM local time.
Your voice will make the difference. It’s time.
2011 For the One Dance, Croatia
A Dance for Peace
August 26th- 29th
Pasjak, Kastelir,Porec,Croatia
With Dance Leaders: Frauke Sophia Peters & Jens Ivers
Several years ago, Jeanne White Eagle was given a vision of a “singing dance,” a dance whose purpose was to awaken the memory of who we are and where we come from… a dance to bring what has been separated, back together again. The name of the dance is “For the One.”
In a time of severe polarization on our planet, choices are being made that have the potential of creating mass divisiveness at many levels. It is time to remember who we are… that we, and all life are connected as parts of a single consciousness; and as each of us interacts with our world on a daily basis, we either create further separation or we remember who we are and find the grace and strength to love what is in front of us in each passing moment.
In this dance, as the drum carries the dancer to the sacred center, the dancer will sing spontaneously the sounds that will take her or him to the original vibration from which all creation comes. In this space, we experience ourselves as the hollow bone through which Spirit blows the breath of life…And it is here that we remember that there is no separation. The time of separation is over!
We would love to see you in August at the Pasjak near Kastelir, Porec, Croatia. The dance begins on Friday, August 26th and continues until mid morning Sunday, August 28th, with sharings and bonding till Monday, August 29th . The donation for dancers is 230€ for those coming from Croatia. (150€ from Bosnia, 850NIS from the Middle East, 1750R from South Africa, $580 USD from USA and Europe.) If you feel called, join us as a Dancer or part of the support crew. (No prior experience required.) A love donation is suggested from the support crew. All monies received by the “For the One” Organization are used wisely and in a sacred way to support the work of the “For the One” Dance on a global level.

Star Dance, August 19-21, 2011
Dance Leaders: John Pehrson & Margarita DiVita
Location: Center For Peace, Seymour, TN
This is a call for Dancers for the STAR DANCE, a sacred dance for All People given by Spirit through personal vision. This three-day event is about bringing balance to the land through fasting and prayer in movement. The dance renews our connection to the Star People and our cosmic heritage. It is also about gaining personal inspiration, breaking out of the stuck places in our lives, and moving into alignment with our Life Purpose. Many have found it to be a way to accelerate their progress on the path to greater spiritual awareness.
It is clear to all who are “awake” that the Earth is in the process of giving birth to something new. The outer chaos we see in the world is akin to the contractions that push the baby through the birth canal. But, we are all part of this process of birth and genesis. We can assist the process by choosing to walk a spiritual path, or we can go into resistance. The choice is ours, but it will have a great deal to do with the quality of our experience in the coming months.
2011 is a watershed year, a “breakpoint in time” when the old age passes away and a new level of consciousness is born. It is an exciting and important time to dance. The Star Dance can help each of us to step up to a new level of awareness. And with all the earth changes taking place, it can also help bring balance to the Earth … and make a connection with our cosmic relatives from the stars. Come dance with us! Together, we will create something wonderful!
To those ends, we are offering this dance on a donation basis to any and all who are drawn to dance.
If you are new to sacred dance, go within and seek to know if you are one of the Star-Dancers. Although there are many ways to serve, few have a greater personal reward than dancing. We would love to have you dance with us this year!

“For The One” Youth Dance
** on the land of Gogo Nomzimane, Zulu land near Durban
(Contact: gogohugh@gmail.com / See details below)
Hello, again, from South Africa!!
Our beautiful country has been going through many changes this year and we are full of hope for an abundant and peaceful future.
We invite you to join us in our magnificent country this November and December. Our sunny skies and warm hearts welcome you to join us for two ”For The One” Dances; an adult “FTO” at Midrand, in Johannesburg, and the Youth Dance on the land of Gogo Nomzimane, Zululand near Durban.
This is the eighth year of the “For the One” Dance” in South Africa; we hope you will join us to continue the wonderful work that has been done by Dancers and crew up until now. Our first Dance, for adults, is at Simunye Ngothando in Midrand, outside Johannesburg.
The second Dance is the FTO South African Youth Dance, which is a special one-day event that will take place on Gogo Nomzimane’s land. Geoffrey Tracey (Gogo Hugh) is the Coordinator for this dance and can be reached at gogohugh@gmail.com or 27-(0)82-565-9697. Jeanne White Eagle and John Pehrson will chief this youth dance.
Simunye Ngothando (We are One in Love) hosted the 2007 Chief and Crew training, including the dances in 2007, 2008 and 2009. It is in the heart of Johannesburg, on a smallholding, about halfway between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
The “Taj Mahal” has been repainted, the meeting room is now complete and other developments continue all the time. The labyrinth is planted with lavender and many feet have already walked to the centre to commune with their own inner space.
The Foundation for Food, Life and Growth (FFLAG) team is putting in their energy to prepare for the dances that takes place here, and they look forward to sharing the fruits of their labours with dancers and crew from all over the world.
Below you will find the dates, requested donations, and coordinator contact details for this “FTO” Dance. Please confirm your attendance to with Fritz and Elba, the dance coordinators for the Midrand FTO Dance and to Geoffrey Tracey, coordinator for the FTO Youth Dance.
The coordinators will provide you with all the information you will need regarding travel arrangements, what to bring, and so on.
Some of you might want to attend all of the events (a magnificent dancing, serving, loving holiday)! So just say “YES.” We look forward to seeing you.
Lots of love,
Fritz and Elba Duminy and the SA Dance Family

DANCE CHIEFS’ BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES
JOHN PEHRSON – USA
I spent over 25 years in the business world. I was a former executive with the DuPont Corporation, a big international chemical company. But, I left them in 1993 when the business environment began to get too toxic. I started my own consulting company and became a trainer and a coach. I began teaching people how to use intuition in their lives and businesses, and I wrote a book on the process of Intuitive Imagery that I helped to develop: Intuitive Imagery, A Resource At Work, 1997.
In 1995, I met Joseph Rael, Beautiful Painted Arrow, and my life has never been the same. I began doing sacred ceremonial dances with him (Sun-Moon Dance, Drum Dance, Long Dance), and became a student of his in 1997. Joseph made me a Chief of the Sun-Moon Dance, and I led my first dance in 1998 with by spiritual brother, Steve Citty. I’ve been leading ceremonial dances ever since.
Together with my wife, Jeanne White Eagle, I have chiefed the “For the One” Dances all over the world since 2003. The message of this dance has always been, the time of separation is over.” We bring people together to experience the deeply shared emotional and spiritual connections.
A major part of my education and path has been working with the “small ones”. With the tools of a Waldorf/ Steiner education I have enjoyed the company and the teachings of play, song, joy, adventure and miracles given to me by the children. As a student of Alberto Villoldo and Juan Nuñes Del Prado I have studied and practiced energy-medicine for 8 years. This led me to help facilitate group workshops offering a room for personal transformation through different sets of healing sessions and teachings.
My first experience with the dance was in 2005 when the first “For the One” dance took place in Norway. Since then I have continued to say “yes,” and I have served the dance in all ways possible. For the 3 last years I have been lucky enough to travel more and be part of the international Dance crew. I have served and danced FTO Dances in Norway, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Bosnia, Croatia, Israel, USA and South Africa.
During a dance in Norway 4 years ago I had a vision that led me to go to South Africa to be a twaza (student) of the Sangomas (indigenous clairvoyant naturopathic healers). Coming to South Africa was like coming home, and I have many dear Gogo teachers, brothers, sisters and friends in South Africa. I am happy and grateful to come back to Mother Africa to serve the people.
I am very honoured and excited to step up and be the female Chief for the dance at Midrand. The “For The One” Dance ceremony is a bringer of peace, love, truth and joy to the earth, the people and all our relations. The space that is created in the dance is so safe and loving that even the impossible becomes possible. It is here that you can let go of what no longer serves you. It is here that you no longer need to hide yourself from yourself and you can touch upon the core of who you truly are. It is here that you can help create a different future.
Come join us as dancer or crew member. I invite you to come celebrate life and all there is.
With love from Hlin.

Jeanne White Eagle is an educator and futurist with a background as an accomplished composer and professional classical singer. She is co-author of two books, a founding member of the international musical “Up With People,” is an ordained minister, and has worked in the international business arena where she was awarded the prestigious Willis Harman Award by the World Business Academy. She is the founder of Up on the Mountain, an organization for teens at risk.
In January of 1996, Jeanne was blessed with the name of “Jeanne White Eagle” by a highly respected and well known Native American Elder and Medicine Man, Joseph Rael, also known as Beautiful Painted Arrow. Soon after, she began her global work with the Peace/Sound Chambers seen in a vision given to Beautiful Painted Arrow…the Chambers being sacred structures in which people may sing for World Peace.
In this same year of 1996 Jeanne, herself received a vision of a ceremonial singing dance known as the
“For the One” Dance. This dance has been identified by rabbis of Israel and Sangomas of South Africa as fulfilling ancient prophecies…those telling of a singing dance that would unite the peoples of the world…a dance where “the people would come together and sing as one.” This dance is now taken around the world bringing people of all nationalities, religions, and political views together, making it possible for deep conflicts to heal.
In 2006, the new “For the One” Organization was birthed, a volunteer organization whose purpose is to raise funds to support those efforts of the dance, particularly the youth dances, in countries around the world.
Jeanne’s sacred work, in conjunction with her husband John Pehrson, now includes workshops, ceremonial dance and Peace Concerts that are performed worldwide.

DANCE CHIEFS’BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES
I have been taking part in dance ceremony since 1993. In 2004 I felt a huge pull to attend my first “For the One” Dance in South Africa and even though I knew hardly anyone at the start of the dance, I had a feeling I was with “my tribe”. Since this time, I know many others have had similar experiences of feeling part of a global tribe. My feeling is we are learning to create a community that can live in true love and respect and thus nourish the very root of our souls.
Since this time, I have traveled as both member of the international crew and dancer to countries including Ireland, Israel, Norway, Germany, USA and Egypt. I stepped forward to Chief my first dance in Ireland during 2006. In 2008 I co-led the “For the One” dance in Israel with my wonderful friend Anael Harpaz. I am delighted to return again in 2010 to lead the dance with Candy Barbee, who I have Chiefed with twice before.
The “For the One” Dance is a dance that breaks down internal boundaries and struggles that we all have. As we dissolve the boundaries, we find that love is actually our natural essence. We let go of parts of us that may hurt us. And we feel connected, at peace and loved in new ways.
Our first job in leading a dance like this is to create a place where everyone feels safe and protected. There is a whole team of experienced people at each dance that supports each dancer.
This is a Healing Dance that takes us to the very core of who we are through singing, dancing and fasting. The dance energy will stay with you the coming year and will feed your learning and soul. It will bless you.
If you wish to come and let go of that which you no longer need, but weren’t quite sure how to let go of it; if you wish to come be part of an experience that, although local in place, is global in its impact then come be with us. We need dancers; we need people to help in the kitchen, to help at the dance arbour, people to drum, etc.
Don’t be scared if you are not sure what this Dance is. Go into your heart and see if you are called to come. If you are, then email us. You will be amongst friends. Yes, at first it can sound strange – this singing, healing dance with drums, ceremony and personal break throughs – but it is connected to the ways our ancestors used to pray.
This is like a revival. A revival of spirit. A revival of our core essence. Feel in your heart if this is for you and go with what you feel.
Candy, Haghit and I look forward to welcoming you. You are invited!

Candace (Candy) Barbee (From USA)
Being involved with John and Jeanne and the For the One Dance is bringing together many pieces of my spiritual path. I have been a Dancer since 1995 having danced 9 Drum Dances, 10 Women’s Web of Life Dances, 2 For the One Dances, and 2 Long Dances. I have chiefed 5 Corn Harvest Dances. I have served as Alpha Dog for at least 10 For the One Dances (including 4 youth dances), many Sun Moon Dances and Web Dances in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia for fifteen years as well as various other capacities as support, drummer, kitchen, moon mother and fire keeper. I have been through the Chief/Crew training in North Carolina and the Ark Gathering in Germany: I have chiefed FTO Dances in Germany, South Africa, Norway and Tennessee.
Serving on the Center for Peace Council in Seymour, Tennessee USA for more than 13 years was a rewarding personal growth experience in working by group consensus.
I have been trained as a Community Building facilitator by John and Jeanne.
In addition I have been involved in the international More To Life Program (formerly Life Training) for many years and have been trained in Hawaiian Huna and Core Shamanism journeywork.
I am an organic beekeeper and do shamanic artwork in water-media and sculpture.

Frauke Sophia Peters:
I learned the tailor’s trade. I was gifted with three children and I am delighted to be grandmother.
At the coast of the North Sea I founded the “Neue Schule Wasserkoog” and I am leading it since twelve years.
Born during the war in Germany my life is dedicated to peace. A childhood in the time of building-up after the damages made by the war. A youth in the opening time of 68, motherhood in the time of breaking down authorities and a lot of inner fights.
To survive unscathed I had to build up a self-image. I was brave, strong and load-bearing. My heart was wide but not really open. I learned from many spiritual teachers and practices and I found a lot. During the Sun-Dance with Beautiful Painted Arrow I faced the depth of war-guilt. In the first “For the One” Dance in Germany 2005, dancing with Anael from Israel, I could find a voice for my pain and a deep peace was gifted to me. In the protected arbour of the dance my heart was opened and my soul found it’s space. Since then I travel with the dance. I worked as moon-mother and helper and organized and chiefed the dance here at the coast of the North Sea.
First dance in Bosnia two years ago I danced and I was surprised to find so much hope and loving energy inside myself and in the people around. So this made it possible to say yes, when John and Jeanne asked me to chief the dance this year with John.
I am looking forward for peace and for joy

This June, a ten-day-long “For the One” World Youth Gathering will be held in the USA, in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. So far, we have teens, young adults and supporters from Norway, Germany, Croatia, South Africa and the USA. We are hoping for last-minute participants from Israel, Palestine, Rwanda and Iraq.
The purpose of this gathering is to bring young people, adults and supporters together from different countries, cultures and ethnic backgrounds to gain a deeper understanding of each other, experience common bonds that transcend differences, and gain new skills for healthier living. The “For the One” World Youth Dance that will take place on the final three days of the gathering will add a level of experiential learning that is life-changing.
The “For the One” Dance will be hosted by and held at the Center for Peace in Seymour, TN – Friday, June 25 to Monday, June 28. This “vision quest” dance combines fasting, sound and movement over periods of three days. The experienced crew that gathers to support the process holds the dancers in an energetic container of love and safety. The result is transformative and healing, often at profound levels that shifts and changes lives for the better.
Help is needed to make this event happen in a good way. There are several ways that you can be a part of this extraordinary gathering of diverse cultures:
- Sponsor a dancer with a financial donation
- Make a donation of food or supplies
- Come to the dance and be on the crew!
If you are interested in getting involved in any of these ways, please send an e-mail to the event organizers, John Pehrson or Jeanne White Eagle, at Fortheonedance@aol.com. The result is greater understanding of others who are perceived as “different,” greater empathy and tolerance, as well as new skills for healthier living. It is in this way that we help to eliminate prejudice, resolve interpersonal or interethnic conflicts, and promote peace around the world at the grassroots level, one person and one group at a time.
Our work with children, and especially troubled and abused teens, has proven a catalyst for therapeutic breakthroughs and renewed hope and potential. We have been told by indigenous healers in South Africa that our program for healing through movement and sound is the “hope” for the black youth.
The “For the One” Organization is a global network made up of volunteers with different and highly developed skills, including professions such as medicine and psychology. Each of these persons who, because of the impact and result of the own experience of “For the One” events, have made a common commitment to creating a better world.
We now facilitate events in countries around the world that include hotspots and areas with great transformative potential such as Israel, Palestine and South Africa.
Other countries where we are holding events are the United States, Egypt, Germany, Norway, Ireland, Scotland, Brazil, Croatia and Bosnia. We have also received invitations from Haiti, Italy, New Zealand and Russia.
For the One Dance
This is a three-day singing dance whose purpose is to bridge the gaps that would divide us and heal the chasms formed through centuries of conflict.
Its purpose is to awaken the memory of who we are and where we come from. In this dance, the drum carries the dancers to the sacred center. Combined with fasting, movement, and sound, the participants have the opportunity to heal what is out of balance, personally and collectively. It is here that they remember their connection with all things.

Let Us Change Our World
Jeanne White Eagle and John Pehrson travel the world, experiencing miracles that confound and mystify the rational mind. Some happen while in ceremony, others in the course of everyday life. Such miracles happen often enough that no longer is there any question that the power of Spirit is within us all.
Together we can change the world for the better. The message for each of us, then, is this: Let us not waste our time doing small things. There is no level of difficulty between small and large miracles. Let us do big things, bold thing. Let us leave behind our doubts and worries.
Let us change our world.
